It’s going to be a much different year filled with new changes and new challenges and I’m ready to tackle them with my personal 2019 Intentions.
2019 will be my second year of writting intentions and it will be an especially good year for them.
This year will challenge me in many new ways, some of which I am not even sure about. Whatever life throws my way, I am armed with how I intend to be, live and react.
So here goes, as I look forward into an unknown 2019, these are my true heart felt intentions and I will do my best to honor them everyday:
1. Let It Go: Do not stress over things you cannot control
This will be the hardest thing for me this year. To be honest I am already struggling with the thought of not being able to plan my year. So giving up control will be a daily intention.

5. Trust Your Gut
As parents we have to make so many decisions. And to be honest with you, most of the time we have no idea what we are doing. So more than ever, I need to learn to trust my gut. I may not always know the right answer but as I learn to praise and enjoy the process I intend to have confidence in my opinion and
